Gohdoh Keiko (Combined Training)

Third Tuesday of Every Month

The word “gohdoh” is made of two kanji. One is the kanji used in “Aikido”, meaning “together”, “cooperative”, “blending” only this time pronounced “goh”. The second is the kanji for “movement” or “activity.” “Gohdoh Keiko” therefore, is a joint or cooperative keiko, where different dojo come together to share training.

Visitors are of course always welcome at our dojo, but the third Wednesday of every month, we make a conscious effort to include and invite other dojos in our community for a Gohdoh Keiko.

We bow in at 6:30. See you there!
