Aikido Kenkyukai Santa Barbara

“There are two type of ki: ordinary ki and true ki. Ordinary ki is coarse and heavy; true ki is light and versatile. In order to perform well, you have to liberate yourself from ordinary ki and permeate your organs with true ki. That is the basis of powerful technique.”

  1. Click here to go to our Facebook page and click on “Become a Fan.”  (OK.  If you’re not already on Facebook, the 3-minute time commitment just changed to 10 minutes…)
  2. Click on “Suggest to Friends”, under the profile photo.
  3. In the window that appears, click on all of your friends who you think might be interested in our cause.  …Or just click on all your friends because you never know who might be interested and who might not be.
