What I’ve learned from my internship at AKSB- Part 1

How time flies! I’ve been an intern for Aikido Kenkyukai Santa Barbara for a month. I really enjoy this job and I’ve learned a lot.

I would not say this is a fun job exactly, because basically I just need to update our facebook page, follow new people on Twitter, add new people to our contact list, do class attendance, send flyers, etc. However, those seemingly easy jobs actually take a lot of patience and computer skills.

So far, I’ve learned how to take advantage of Google which I would have never thought about learning if I weren’t doing those jobs, how to use my new mac :) , how to use facebook and twitter to promote business and how to reply to emails politely and appropriately. I’ve also learned to pay attention to little details.
