Thank you so much, Paul! Victor seemed to me to be a little shy so he reminded me of myself when I was his age – I was PAINFULLY shy! I really had fun training with him and wished that we had more time for that technique. Looking forward to training with him again somewhere, someday…

I think you guys are doing a fantastic job and practicing what Aikido throughly preaches.

Young adults can learn discipline, conflict management and of course get a great workout by training their core muscles.
