It was a lot of fun to see the wonderful physical and spiritual exercises our young students are receiving by way of their involvement with AKSB. It’s really hard to get a good understanding of the class from the sidelines.
Monday, the 23rd, I had the opportunity to venture to Santa Barbara High School to help with a presentation about Aikido. Going to the high school, being in only 8th grade, was a humbling experience for me but I had fun.
