You can either register at the dojo in person or here on this page.

1. Please download and fill out the release form. Then bring it to the dojo.
2. Please download and fill out 3 copies of the payment form. Keep one copy and bring the other two to the dojo.
3. You can purchase and order your equipment with the paypal buttons below and then pick it up at the dojo.  (If you’re not sure of your size or which equipment you’ll need, you can place your order at the dojo.)
