Advanced training program for dojo members
The Total Immersion program is intended for the serious student, wishing to bring his or her training to the next level while developing leadership skills within the dojo.
In order to be nominated, candidates need to already be a member of AKSB and demonstrate a genuine eagerness to learn.
The program offers a variety of benefits, including but not limited to:
- Admission to the monthly Total Immersion Training & Mentoring Class, which focuses on:
- Advanced technique
- Ukemi
- Weapons training
- Aikido principles and philosophy
- Teacher training
- Hands on experience in running a non-profit dojo (varies depending on whether participant is youth or adult member)
- Discounts on:
- Dojo store purchases
- All dojo events, workshops, and seminars
