Independence Day, commonly known as the Fourth of July, is a federal holiday in the United States commemorating the adoption of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776, declaring independence from the Kingdom of Great Britain.
Periodically, we have a special class, where parents have the opportunity to experience first hand what their children work so hard at every week. Kids invite parents and relatives to join them and try a class with them. Under the kids’ guidance, parents get a new perspective and respect for the hard work their kids put into their favorite activity – Aikido!
We hope you can make it!
Kids’ Summer Aikido Camp gives kids the opportunity to have two full days of Aikido! We start at the dojo in the morning with formal Aikido classes. Then we clean up, eat lunch, change into beach wear and head to the beach for lots of Aikido-related games and races, like sumo wrestling and bokto watermellon-cutting.
Join us for a great time!
